How much is the City of Toronto sump pump rebate?

The Basement Flooding Protection Subsidy pays up to $500 for a sump pump, or up to $1,750 when combined with a backwater valve ($1,250 + $500). It covers Toronto addresses only; other GTA municipalities run their own programs.

Do you install sump pumps outside the City of Toronto?

Yes. We serve 20 GTA municipalities including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill and Oakville. The City of Toronto subsidy does not apply there; those municipalities run their own programs.

What does a sump pump install cost in North York split-levels?

Typical North York interior installs run $2,400-$3,000, and split-levels add about $400 for pit access cutting. Non-emergency response across Willowdale, Don Mills and Bayview Village is 2 business days.

Why do Scarborough installs take longer?

Heavy clay soil adds digging time, and many 1970s Scarborough homes have weeping tile tied to the sanitary sewer. Typical interior installs in Agincourt, Guildwood or West Hill run $2,200-$2,800.
